Episode 2 The Truth Revealed and The Deepening Mystery

Never would've thought that it would be this sunny after that heavy rain yesterday. Isn't the weather too whimsical? That said, there are still many traces of it on the roads.

Today's the day that Aone introduces her friend. Seemed like a fifty-fifty from the weather forecast yesterday, but I'm glad it's sunny. Friend......I wonder what kind of girl she is...

After feeling something was off, I checked Aone using my leveled-up ability.

The meeting spot is the public square near the Crêpe shop where Aone and I met.

On the bench are Aone and......another person.

"Is that girl her friend?"

We noticed Aone and another person as we got closer, so we waved.

The person Aone introduced as she said that was.

"This girl is my friend and classmate, Kokone Kido-chan!!"

As I expected, it was the girl wearing the cat-eared hoodie.

Miya hugged them, Aone on the left, and Kokone on the right, but they accepted it without feeling discomforted by her.

Well, guess it'd turn out like this, huh.

"Actually, I met her already. I gave her a Karaage from the convenience store at that time"

"Oh, what? You met her already?"

"Sheesh, Kokone sure is hasty"

That said, why did she approach me? It might be because she wanted to ascertain my character, but I feel like that's not the only reason.

"And so, the self-introductions are done, so, for starters, let's all eat some Crêpe!"

As proof of that, she shared something with Aone when I used my ability to look at Kokone. Something that I was able to look at after leveling up.

The spot that should have shown students, just like us, was showing something unbelievable.

And Miya too.

Even Hakumine-senpai.

"Look, even if she says fated person, it's not like"

Resolving their misunderstanding after that was troublesome.

Even after buying our Crêpes, the others were going on about how our relationship is suspicious or that we were actually dating in secret.

Even Aone, perhaps to tease me, was stirring the pot by reacting in a suggestive manner, so I had no time to relax and eat my Crêpe.
